| There's no valid explanation why shadow would go from west to east. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5CCLbyRLQyohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7TKg9oV5oU&t=181s...and from a guy (comment in the second video) who did a little math: ....The easiest way to debunk the official model is to consider the angular displacement instead. The earth is supposedly making a full rotation in 24 hours thus each meridian shifts 15 degrees per hour. Meanwhile the Moon is orbiting the Earth once every 27.3 days thus displacing itself 0.55 of a degree per hour. It is obvious from this model that the Earth lapses the Moon by 14.45 degrees every hour thus the Moon appears rising in the east. To sum it up the shadow must traverse east to west. Forget about the umbra, penumbra and the size of the shadow at this stage. The whole damn model is bogus. The shadow would move from the west only if the Earth is stationary while the faster moving Sun overtakes the slower Moon in the skies above. It's easily observed on a small mock up. | |
