My thoughts:
Passover, as well as all other feasts, are all fulfilled in Israel, an example of the world.
Worldwide fulfillment to come.
Circumcision: always of the heart. Deuteronomy 10:16 done by men using physical as reminder. Deuteronomy 30:6 done by Yahweh and the Holy Spirit is the reminder.
Strangers cannot eat: salvation not for non-believers.
Strangers to circumcise: to repent and believe in the Passover, the Messiah.
Servant bought for money: the Messiah paid the ransom.
Should not carry the meat outside: fellowship for believers.
Do not break a bone: do not break the framework of the body of the Messiah.
What is framework of the body?
On the other hand, the Messiah is the word.
Believers are to eat His flesh but do not break a bone. If flesh is His word what then is bone?
